Super stay!

Our room was perfectly clean. It was also well appointed with everything you need. The screened porch was the perfect addition. My granddaughter would sit out there with her tablet. I love fast internet. It did provide good food. The grounds are beautiful. The rooms are huge.

I asked for replacement towels. I requested non-feather pillows due to allergy. They told us it would be taken care of. When we arrived back to the room, nothing had been done. I texted guest services again, and they replied that someone would be arriving. It took longer than expected.

The hotel provides a large main pool area. This area allows guests to buy food onsite. There is also a smaller pool that suited our family as it was not overly busy. The gated community added a sense of security.

Our room had updated, clean, and comfortable furniture. It included a spacious bedroom and a balcony. The room included a kitchen, refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There was also a washer and dryer for convenience.

It is nice you can buy food onsite. There is a marketplace available . I found good food on the grounds. There are restaurants and other attractions nearby. The location provide close proximity to malls.

the resort had many activities for the kids. the pools were a hit, especially the children's pool. there were many chairs available near the pool, i never had trouble finding one. i also appreciated the quick drive to seaworld.

the room smelled strongly of perfume. it made it difficult for me to be in the room.

the room was clean and spacious. it featured a balcony, a living room area, and a kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer. there was also a washer and dryer in the unit, which i found helpful. the king sized bed was comfortable.

the resort charges a daily amenity fee, even if guests do not use all amenities. for a week long stay, this fee significantly increased the final cost. i felt this additional charge was unexpected and unwelcome.
